One person arrested
One person was arrested over the weekend following a holiday R.I.D.E check in Niagara.
NRP say around 400 vehicles were stopped during the Victoria Day long weekend.
In total, 12 drivers were asked to provide a breath sample.
One failed, another driver received a warning but it was their second warning so they received a 7 day suspension.
Police further discovered that one of the stopped drivers were failing to comply with conditions on their release order and will face additional criminal charges.
