The City of Port Colborne has announced some changes taking effect today.
The Vale Health and Wellness Centre will open, but with limited programs and services.
Rink 2 will be open for permit holders to skate.
In-person programs will not resume at any of the YMCA of Niagara Health and Fitness locations at this time.
Individuals can book appointments at the Port Colborne Historical and Marine Museum.

City Hall will continue to serve residents by appointment, with in-person appointments reserved for essential and time sensitive issues.
The City is reminding residents to restrict close contacts to people you live with and essential supports, and limit activities outside of the home to essential trips only.
