Port Colborne City Hall Open for Appointments

You can now book an appointment at Port Colborne City Hall.

Residents and business owners can now schedule a meeting with the Building Division, Corporate Services or the Mayors Office.

Other departments accepting appointments include the Planning Division, the By-law Enforcement Division, Community Services, Economic Development and the Chief Administrative Officer.

Appointments will not be scheduled for property tax payments or water/wastewater bills.

You will have to pass a COVID-19 screening over the phone and again when you arrive at City Hall.

All appointments will be scheduled sometime between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday.
