The City of Port Colborne has launched a new initiative to make it easier for residents to pay property taxes, water and wastewater bills.
The Virtual City Hall web-based platform will allow residents to sign up for paperless billing, register for pre-authorized payments, and update mailing address and contact information.
Users will be able to create an account and log in at any time to manage property tax, water and wastewater bills and access property information provided to the City.
In addition, users who sign-up for paperless billing by February 28th will receive a one-time credit of $25.
