The City of Port Colborne has listed six vacant building lots for sale.
One of the properties is commercial, and the other five are residential infill development opportunities.
The sales are part of Port Colborne's focus on City Real Estate.
The city aims to attract new investors and residents to the area while redeveloping vacant properties and creating more affordable housing units.
City staff have reviewed the six vacant lots and found that it complies with Council's Sale and Disposition of Land By-law.
They are also in the process of reviewing other potential properties to sell.
