Premier Ford, Cabinet, to Be Sworn in Friday

Premier Doug Ford and his new cabinet will be sworn in on Friday.

According to a release from the Premier's office, Ford and his new cabinet will will be sworn in at Queen's Park at 10 AM by Lieutenant Governor Elizabeth Dowdeswell.

It's not yet known who will be in the Premier's new cabinet.

On June 2nd, the Progressive Conservatives won 83 seats, securing a second straight majority government.

While Ford's previous cabinet had 28 people, there is speculation the Premier may increase the size of his cabinet and possibly break up larger ministries into more focused portfolios.
