Parents will soon know more about when kids are heading back to school.
Education Minister Stephen Lecce will be making an announcement today at 4:00 p.m.
He has called a press conference with Ontario's Chief Medical Officer of Health, Doctor David Williams.
Lecce has stated that he hopes to see kids back in school by February 10th, but the return date is dependent on the advice of Dr. Williams.
Today is the day parents in Niagara should find out when their kids can return to in-class learning.

Schools remain closed to in person learning in Niagara along with five of the province's hotspots including Hamilton, Toronto and Peel.
Originally the province had set a tentative return date of February 10th.
