Province to Give Away Free COVID Rapid Tests

Health Minister has 11:30 news conference scheduled

Source say the Ford government will give out free COVID-19 rapid tests at grocery stores across Ontario.

Word is about five million will be handed out each week but there will be a limit of one kit per family visit and each kit will contain five tests

Meantime, Energy Minister Todd Smith is expected to announce details this morning on a plan to lower the overnight price for electricty.

Smith has said the plan would benefit shift workers, encourage more people to get electric vehicles, and give people more control over their energy bills.
