Purse Project Kicks off Today

Donations of purses and personal care items now being collected

Since 2016, the Purse Project has collected donated purses filled with personal care items that are delivered to women in need at local shelters in time for Christmas.

This year organizors ask that each purse contain one of the following items, toothbrush, toothpaste, body or hand lotion, deodorant, hand sanitizer, shampoo, body wash, socks, hat or scarf and mitts.

The campaign runs until November 30th.
