18-Year Old Killed in QEW Fatality

Provincial police were called around 3:15 this morning near Beamsville

Update:

Confirmation from provincial police that an 18-year old from Lincoln was killed after being hit by a transport truck off the QEW this morning.

That is all the information police have given at this time.

Original Story:

All lanes of the QEW in Beamsville are open after an early morning fatality.

Provincial police closed the Toronto bound lanes at Ontario Street this morning just after 3, after a pedestrian was hit by a transport truck.

Police were focused on the Ontario Street ramp to the Toronto bound QE.

That is all the detail police have released to this point.
