One driver arrested and charged for refusing to comply
A R.I.D.E spot check in Niagara Falls last night resulted in four drivers getting 3-day licence suspensions.
One driver was also arrested and charged with failing to comply with demand.
NRP checked around 545 vehicles with 26 drivers asked to provide breath samples.
During the spot check and nine provincial offence notices were issued for various traffic related offences.
