You have a chance to tell the Niagara region how you want the budget to be put together.
There's an online survey, which is here, the results of which will be presented to regional council on December 7th.
There's also going to be some focus groups, that'll be included as well.
The region says, as with rising household costs, it is trying to manage the dramatic impacts of historic inflation, rising interest rates, rising costs of materials, and lingering impacts of COVID-19.
The region also says it's facing a decline in revenue from Bill 23, provincial legislation to build homes quickly.
