The Rodman Hall art collection will stay in the community.
This is all thanks to a new agreement between Brock University and Rodman Hall Art Centre Inc.
RHAC Inc will take ownership of the approximately 1,000 piece collection and it will be on the lookout for a new community location for it in the Garden City.
Brock will provide RHAC Inc with seed funding to help in the search and the City of St. Catharines will help identify potential locations.
Rodman Hall in west St. Catharines has been purchased by a local group lead by Nino Donatelli, who has a reputation for restoring historic buildings.
