NIAGARA - Niagara Regional Police stopped about 500 vehicles during recent RIDE programs in Niagara Falls and St. Catharines.
Officers collected about 20 breath samples on Saturday. Three of those samples which registered an alert, so those drivers received a three-day licence suspension.
The NRP say several other tickets were issued for other traffic related infractions, but it didn't provide further details.
One driver tried to drive away while being questioned by police, so they were charged with flight from police, dangerous operation, and driving while under suspension.
