Police say this case goes back to 1996
Police are still investigating what they say are sexual assaults that happened over the course of many years in Niagara.
They say last month they started looking into allegations of assaults against two boys, under the age of 16 at the time, between 1996 and 2016.
Yesterday, police arrested 52-year old Todd Douglas Williston, a school bus driver in Niagara Falls.
Police add he's also known to be a Karate instructor.
He's charged with:
- Sexual Assault under 14 years
- Sexual Interference (2 Counts)
- Invitation to Sexual Touching (3 Counts)
- Counselling Indictable Offence that is Not Committed to wit: Make and Distribute Child
- Pornography
- Sexual Exploitation
- Sexual Assault
- Sexual Assault under 16 years
He had a bail hearing yesterday.
Police also believe there may be more victims, and would like to hear from anyone who knows anything about this case.
