Fingers crossed our case numbers remain stable and schools can reopen as planned January 25th.
Yesterday, the Premier announced schools in several COVID hot spots in the province, including Hamilton, Toronto, Peel, York and Windsor, will remain closed to in-class learning until February 10th.
Doug Ford adding Ontario's chief medical officer of health will provide recommendations for other regions on Jan. 20th, five days before schools in the rest of the province including the Niagara Region are scheduled to reopen.
Health Minister Christine Elliott says there has been an uptick in COVID cases among children in recent weeks.
