The Niagara Catholic District School Board says that the second case is not connected to the one that was announced on Monday.
However, they do warn that staff and students at the school were exposed to the virus while the individual was contagious.
The person is in self-isolation, and Niagara Public Health is reaching out to their close contacts.
Staff from the school are working with Niagara Public Health and will comply with their requirements.
