A St. Catharines senior has been charged with touching himself inappropriately while at Lakeside Park.
Police were called last evening, to find out the man was in the carousel and beach area, touching himself.
Witnesses directed police to him, they arrested 75-year old Edward Lee Hanson, charging him with one count of indecent act.
