Niagara Public Health says that there are 17 new COVID-19 cases in the region today, as well as two more deaths.
At the moment, there are 208 active cases, and 19 active outbreaks.
One of the outbreaks is at The Woodlands of Sunset assisted living facility in Welland.
Province-wide, there were 1373 new cases announced today.
The highest number was in Toronto, where there were 445 new cases.
Peel came in second, with 415 cases, and York came in third with 136.
There are 1476 more resolved cases in the province.
