Niagara is under a severe thunderstorm watch.
Environment Canada says we could see wind gusts up to 90 kilometres per hour this evening along with heavy rain.
Strong winds could easily damage buildings, down trees and toss around loose objects.
You should seek shelter and head indoors if you start to hear thunder.
A heat warning also remains in effect for the Region.
It should feel close to 40 degrees with the humidity but a cold front should cool things off tonight.
