Niagara Health is using a new approach to fill last-minute cancellations or no-shows for COVID-19 vaccinations
Beginning today, the Seymour-Hannah clinic will accept limited walk-ins between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. every day.
The appointments will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and there's no guarantee that all walk-ins will get a shot.
Walk-ins showing up for a first dose must be over the age of 12.
Those getting their second dose must be turning 18 or older this year, and have had either a Moderna or Pfizer shot at least 28 days prior, or an AstraZeneca dose eight weeks prior.
You'll need to bring your first dose vaccination receipt if you're getting a second shot, and all walk-ins will need to bring their health card or some form of government issued identification.
