Niagara Parks Police is investigating, after a vehicle left the road and hit a tree on the Niagara River Parkway.
It happened close to the Chippawa Battlefield Heritage site this morning.
The vehicle was demolished, but only non-life threatening injuries were reported.
The driver has been charged under the Highway Traffic Act.
