The SIU has wrapped up its investigation into an arrest in Niagara Falls.
It happened in the Maple Street area on March 3, 2019.
The SIU says a 54-year-old man stabbed another man in a home and jumped out a window afterwards.
He was arrested after a violent fight with NRP officers.
The man was taken to Greater Niagara General Hospital, where he was diagnosed with a fractured nose.
The SIU says he was also experiencing an overdose of cocaine, crystal meth and opiates.
No charges will be laid against the NRP officers.
