Niagara Regional Police releases latest list of impaired driving offenders
Six people are facing impaired driving charges after R.I.D.E. checks in Niagara.
The arrests were made between August 21st and 27th.
The following people are accused of driving while impaired by alcohol or drugs, driving with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit, or refusing to provide a breath or blood sample.
- Kyle E. PININGTON, 35yrs, Waterdown
- John M. BANICK, 29yrs, Niagara Falls
- James J. AYOTTE, 85yrs, Lincoln
- Foulcon L. PALMAN, 21yrs, Port Colborne
- Franc ZAKRAJSEK, 61yrs, Niagara Falls
- Nhat-Thai A. DO, 27yrs, Oakville
Each person also received a 90 day license suspension.
Police say impaired driving kills more Canadians each year than any other crime.
