Several Niagara charities will benefit from the sale of Smile Cookies this week
It's time to enjoy some sweets and help a good cause.
The Tim Hortons Smile Cookie campaign kicks off today, and several local charities will benefit.
Cookies are $1.50 plus tax, and all of the proceeds will go to charity.
Hospice Niagara's Fort Erie site will receive proceeds from cookies sold in Fort Erie, Crystal Beach and Ridgeway.
In Fonthill, Wellspring Niagara will benefit.
Cookies sold in Grimsby will go to the West Lincoln Memorial Hospital Foundation/
In Port Colborne, proceeds will benefit Meals on Wheels Port Colborne.
Project Share and the GROW Community Food Literacy Centre will receive funds from sales in Niagara Falls and Chippawa.
In Smithville, funds will help West Lincoln Community Care.
In Welland, funds will go to Hospice Niagara.
In St. Catharines, Thorold and Niagara-on-the-Lake, proceeds will be split between the Pathstone Foundation and Hotel Dieu Shaver Health and Rehabilitation Foundation.
The Rose Cottage Community Hospice will receive proceeds from cookies sold in Beamsville and Vineland.
The campaign ends on Sunday.
