42 year old shared home with murder victim
Niagara Regional Police have made an arrest in connection to the death of 62 year old Cathy Prosje.
The woman was found dead inside a Smithville home back on April 26th.
Police have charged 42 year old Joseph Villneff, who shared a home with the deceased, with first degree murder.
He's being held in custody for a bail hearing expecte4d later today in St. Catharines.
