Prizes to be awarded in Halloween-themed decorating contest
The Spooky Awards are returning to Niagara Falls.
Tomorrow until October 25th, residents can register their properties in the Halloween-themed decorating contest.
Prizes will be awarded for People's Choice, Judge's Choice. and Best Effects.
Last year, over 60 properties took part.
Voting will take place from October 27th until the 29th.
Winners will be announced on Halloween.
