Paper copies of business applications no longer required
St. Catharines business owners who are looking to apply for a license can now fill out applications on the City's website.
Starting today, license applications can be filled out online for general businesses, hawker and peddler event promoters, running a business as a master plumber, operating a second level lodging house. and general hawker and peddler.
"As we continue to enhance the City of St. Catharines website, we’re bringing more online than ever before, making things like these applications accessible outside of regular business hours," says Maggie Riopelle, manager of communications for the City.
The website upgrade also includes software for further technology upgrades
Payments for applications can be made over the phone or in person at City Hall.
However, the City says it's working to provide online payments in the near future.
