Closures are part of new provincial restrictions announced yesterday
The city of St. Catharines says while all indoor municipal facilities remain closed as part of previous COVID measures, outdoor amenities are also closed.
Those include: playgrounds, boat launches, beaches, sports fields and courts, the Garden City Golf Course, Morningstar Mill and skate parks.
City parks and trails remain open for passive use only, allowing for walking through access, no gatherings or loitering is permitted.
