Niagara Regional Police have laid charges in a sexual assault case involving a minor.
The investigation commenced this past December after allegations were made regarding the sexual abuse of a female under 16 years old.
The CAU determined that the offences occurred in Niagara Falls between December 2017 and August 2018.
A suspect has been identified as a result of the investigation.
Twenty-nine year old Jordan Alexander Bolger of St. Catharines has been arrested and charged with Sexual Assault and Sexual Interference.
He is currently in custody for an unrelated matter.
