Impaired driving charges laid.
Police have made an arrest in connection to a fatal collision that occurred in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Just after 10:30 p.m. on July 9th, a woman was killed in a single vehicle crash on York Road between Concession 1 Road and Concession 2 Road.
Police say the vehicle rolled over.
A man was pulled from the vehicle and hospitalized with serious injuries.
Officers have arrested the driver, 38 year old Brandon Joseph Rioux of St. Catharines.
He has been charged with impaired driving causing death and driving with an excess blood alcohol level.
