Police say he filmed women at Welland mall
A 31-year old St. Catharines man has been charged after police say he was caught secretly recording women at a Welland mall.
Police say they were called on the 9th, after mall security made the discovery.
On Thursday, police arrested Tyler Clough, charging him with one count of voyeurism.
He had a bail hearing on Friday.
Police believe there may be other victims, or cases of voyeurism, and if you believe this might have happened to you, call police.
