Douglas Chilcott matched enough Encore numbers to take home $100,000
A St. Catharines man is $100,000 richer after winning the Lottario draw.
Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation says Douglas Chilcott matched the last six of seven Encore numbers in the April 13th draw.
Douglas says he's been playing the lottery for 10 years, and always says yes to Encore.
This time, he went to the store to get some bread, and made the big discovery on the ticket checker.
What does he plan to do with the money? "I will use the money to make life more fun for my wife and I... maybe a trip across Canada."
The winning ticket was bought at Avondale on Facer Street.
