St. Catharines Residents Can Sign Up To Get a Free Tree

Rain barrels also available for purchase

St. Catharines residents can sign up starting this morning to purchase a rain barrel or receive a free tree for their property.

Online orders open at 8 a.m. for the City’s annual spring Rain Barrel Sale and Free Tree Giveaway.

The two events will return — in curbside-pickup format — on May 28th to the parking lot of Seymour-Hannah Sports Complex.

This year the City will give away Pagoda Dogwood, Tamarack, Kentucky Coffee Tree and Freeman’s Maple.

Barrels are priced at $55 each.

Supplies for both the Rain Barrel Sale and Free Tree Giveaway are limited.
