The NRP is looking for a teenage boy as it investigates an indecent act in Welland.
Police believe this boy exposed himself to a woman and her child in the Louise Street and McCabe Ave area shortly after 7:00 p.m. last night.
He took off afterwards.
The boy is believed to be East Asian or South East Asian, about 15-years-old with a lean build and he appeared to be about 5'9 while he was on rollerblades.
He was also wearing a tan hoodie and charcoal pants at the time.
Local businesses and homeowners in the area should check their security camera footage and contact police if they notice anything.
