Police making progress in finding who was responsible for some assaults and bear spraying incidents at the Fenwick Fair in May.
They've arrested a 14-year old Thorold boy, and charged him with assault with a weapon in relation to one of the bear spraying incidents.
He was released with a future court date.
Police say they've found three other teenagers, but not charged them. They've been processed as allowed by the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
Police add they're looking for two other teens involved in the bear spraying, who remain unknown.
