Police say victim's 6-year old daughter present during altercation in Niagara Falls
A 17-year old boy from Hamilton has been charged after a stabbing in Niagara Falls New Year's Eve.
Police were called at around 8:30pm to the Victoria Avenue and Centre Street area, to find a 38-year old man in critical condition with a stab wound.
Police learned the suspect was driving a vehicle, with the victim and his 6-year old daughter in the back seat.
The suspect and victim got into an argument, that led to a fight outside the vehicle, resulting in the stabbing.
Police add the little girl got out of the vehicle, the suspect got back in, and took off.
Police arrested the 17-year old yesterday, who has a bail hearing today.
