If you live in St. Catharines, you might get a call from the City tonight. The sixth annual Telephone Town Hall is about to get underway.
30,000 residents will be called at random, to provide feedback for the 2020 draft operating budget.
Calls will start going out at 7:00 p.m. and the last phones will ring at 8:00 p.m.
