A 33-year old Thorold man is wanted by police, on numerous outstanding drug and weapon offences, after a drug trafficking ring was broken up.
It was back in October of 2025, police started looking into a certain case of trafficking, which led to the discovery of the group selling throughout Niagara.
Last June, police searched areas in Niagara Falls and Thorold, finding drugs and weapons, and arrested five people, all from Niagara.
They're still looking for Matthew Russell of Thorold.

- Possess Schedule 1 Substance for Trafficking (Crystal Methamphetamine)
- Possess Schedule 1 Substance for Trafficking (Opioid Oxycodone)
- Possess Schedule 1 Substance for Trafficking (Cocaine)
Police add if you see him, do not approach, but call 911 immediately, and you can remain anonymous.
The other suspects had bail hearings in June, or were released with future court dates.
