Ceremony in Ottawa being attended by Regional Chair Jim Bradley and Games Board Chair Doug Hamilton,
The ceremonial torch lighting marking the start of the Niagara 2022 Canada Summer Games Torch Relay kicks off in Ottawa today.
The relay will then follow the Trans Canada Trail in parts of Quebec through to Montreal before travelling via a ship on the St. Lawrence Seaway to Niagara,
Once here, the torch will visit each of Niagara’s 12 municipalities in the lead up to the 2022 Canada Games that run August 6th to the 21st.
