Victim identified as 59 year old Ken Lee
Toronto Police have identified the homeless man who died following an alleged attack by a group by teenage girls.
Investigators say 59 year old Ken Lee died of his injuries in hospital.
The incident occurred on December 18th in downtown Toronto.
The eight suspects range from 13 to 16 years old.
The identities of the suspects are protected under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
One of the suspects was granted bail on December 29th.
Two of the remaining seven have bail hearings set for later this month.
