Niagara's top doctors will be on hand to answer questions
Niagara Public Health has scheduled a town hall for Tuesday, November 23rd from 7 to 8 pm for parents of young kids who have questions regarding the new Pfizer vaccine for children.
On Friday, the federal government announced it would begin inoculating children as soon as a shipment of the pediatric version of the vaccine arrives in Canada.
The first shipment arrived in Hamilton yesterday.
The government has ordered enough doses to give every eligible child in Canada a first shot.
Parents can ask questions of Niagara's top doctor Mustafa Hirji as well as Dr. Azim Hasmani, the region's associate medical officer of health.
