Starting May 8th, applications can be made for short-term rental licenses in Fort Erie
The Town of Fort Erie has passed a resolution to lift the Short Term Rental moratorium.
Each year, a maximum of 250 short term rental licenses can be issued in Fort Erie.
Given the number of existing licenses, there are about 55 spots left for this year.
Applications will be accepted starting May 8th, on a first come, first served basis.
