This after town's Urgent Care Centre closed last night
With the Centre now temporarily closed so staff can be redeployed to Niagara emergency departements, the town has some suggestions for residents in need of medical attention.
The town says if emergency care is not needed then residents should go to their doctor, a walk-in clinic or nurse practitioner clinic.
Officials adding Port Colborne’s Urgent Care Centre can address concerns for patients that cannot wait for a scheduled medical appointment.
Residents can also access online urgent care without leaving home by contacting Urgent Care Ontario.
