The Town of Pelham have approved their 2021capital and operating budgets.
Both of the draft budgets were first presented to council in November.
One change from the draft capital budget is the removal of the ICIP Resilience Stream grants.
They had been included in the proposed budgets, but never got approved.
Council has also announced plans to establish a reserve for human resources capacity building.
The fund will be used to accumulate corporate savings from staffing vacancies in order to support employee-based and employment-related initiatives.
