The NRP seized close to 58 grams of fentanyl, 500 Xanax tablets, $4,400 cash and drug trafficking evidence in a Welland drug bust.
A 26-year-old man from Scarborough and a 33-year-old woman from St. Catharines were arrested and charged with several offences yesterday.
They were allegedly selling drugs from a home in the Leaside Drive and Woodlawn Road area.
The NRP says the man was also wanted by Durham Regional Police for a list of charges including kidnapping, forcible confinement and robbery with a weapon.
Niagara police also seized property in relation to those offences during the drug bust.
