Niagara Catholic is reporting two new cases of COVID-19.
One is at St. Martin Catholic Elementary School in Smithville and six classrooms may have been exposed to the virus.
The other case is at St. James Catholic Elementary in St. Catharines.
Public Health will be reaching out to both of the infected individuals close contacts.
The principals of both schools have also sent letters home to all staff and students to notify them of the situation.
