Police have reopened the road
One person is dead and another hospitalized after a crash in Niagara Falls.
Around 1:10 p.m. today, crews were called to a collision on Lundy's Lane between Kalar Road and Montrose Road.
Niagara Regional Police say the crash involves a vehicle and a motorcycle.
Police tell us the driver of the motorcycle, a 53 year old Welland man, died in hospital from his injuries.
Latest update at 6am, Thursday:
The 28-year old woman riding with him remains in hospital with serious injuries.
The road was reopened last night.
Police are asking witnesses and drivers in the area with dashcam footage of the incident to call detectives at 905-688-4111, option 3, badge 1009206.
