One winning Maxmillion ticket sold in St. Catharines, winning Encore sold in Welland
The OLG releasing a few more details on where the two winning tickets were sold in last night's $70 million Lotto Max Jackpot.
One of the tickets was purchased in Toronto and the other in BC.
But someone bought a winning Maxmillion ticket in St. Catharines.
There were a total of 46 Maxmillion prize winners and 21 of those were in Ontario.
Here is the list of locations in Ontario:
Kingston - $1 million
Windsor - $1 million
Thunder Bay - $1 million
St. Catharines - $1 million
Newmarket - $1 million
Richmond Hill - $1 million
Thornhill - $1 million
Toronto - $1 million
North York - $1 million
Maxmillion prizes shared with another ticket sold across Canada:
Grey County - $500,000
Simcoe County - $500,000
Mississauga - $500,000
Windsor - $500,000
Milton - $500,000
Ticket purchased on OLG.ca - $500,000
And the OLG says there were six major Encore prizes won worth $100,000 each, one in Welland.
