The group claimed they had just stopped at Duty Free and did not intend to travel to Canada.

A stolen Springfield XD-9 was found in the front waistband of one of the suspects.
Buffalo media reporting one of the men claimed ownership of all the items and was turned over to Buffalo police to face charges.
